The Process

Just complete our simple application, and you'll gain immediate access to our new agent orientation. During the orientation we'll provide all the essential information about our work from home opportunities and guide you through the registration process for your portal access.
After completing the registration process, you will be required to take a brief skill assessment. Once you pass the assessment, you will unlock access to a wide range of clients. Upon selecting your preferred client, you will undergo a background check and participate in their program to become a Certified Customer Support Professional (CSP).
